Be in Costume: All participants must be dressed in cosplay to take part.
Open to All: Cosplayers of all ages and experience levels are welcome.
Any Costume Type: Handmade, store-bought, or commissioned costumes are all accepted.
Have Fun: The Killer Costume Category is all about celebrating creativity – so relax and enjoy yourself!

Nightmare Masterpiece Eligibility:
Handmade Requirement:
Costumes must be at least 70% handmade by the entrant. This includes sewing, sculpting, painting, or any other form of costume creation.
Store-bought or commissioned items may account for up to 30% of the costume.
