Booking Your Guest Photoshoot: Need-to-Knows

Before you book your guest photoshoot with us, here's a quick rundown of what you need to know:

 

Getting In:
You'll need a general entry event ticket to get into the event as well as your photo shoot booking.

Timing:

Professional photo shoot times will be confirmed nearer the date. Autographs and selifes will be available at the guests desks throughout the day (apart from when they are on lunch, q&a's and photo shoot)

 

Refunds for Guest Tickets:
On occasions guest may have to cancel due to other commitments. If our guest has to cancel for any reason, you'll get your money back for their ticket. We hope you understand!

What About Event Tickets?
Event tickets can't be refunded, except if we have to cancel the whole event. If a guest cancels, we can't refund your event ticket, but we promise the event will still be worth it!

How many people can be in a photo?

2 maximum

Getting Your Photos:
The digital photos will be taken with Nightmare Fuel photography. Your photoshoot pics will be ready for download within 2 weeks after the event wraps up.
