Returns Policy

Shop Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be sent directly to us. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products

Tickets

All event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Northern Frights Ltd.

Please ensure you are available to attend before purchasing.

Tickets are also non-transferable without prior written approval. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Returns (If Approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be a delay in processing.
  3. If you’ve done the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, email us with your order number and the details of the issue.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please email us for instructions.

  • You will be responsible for covering your own return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total.
  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
