Who We’re Looking For
We prioritise dedicated horror traders – creators whose work consistently embodies the world of horror. This includes:
Horror and Halloween-Inspired Goods: Bone-chilling decor, terrifying accessories, macabre crafts, haunting artwork, and original horror creations.
Costumes, Props & Special Effects: From gruesome gore FX to immersive props and killer cosplay gear – if it could belong on a horror movie set, we want to see it.
Dark Art, Haunted Homeware, and Spooky Collectibles: Items that scream horror 365 days a year.

Dedicated horror traders will always get priority over those who create general merchandise or simply tailor their items to fit each individual event theme.
We do not accept AI-generated work. All creative work must be original and handcrafted, designed, or produced by you or your team.
Cut-Off Date for 2026 Applications
The final deadline to apply for Horror Con Scotland 2026 is June 30, 2025. Applications submitted after this date will not be considered.
Important Information for Traders
Public Liability Insurance: All traders must hold valid public liability insurance.
Application Review: Submitting your application registers your interest only. We review every submission to ensure it aligns with our horror-first vision.
Booking Confirmation: A place is only confirmed after approval and payment. All allocation decisions are final.
