Katie and Leah Special Effects
Katie and Leah are special effects makeup artists and trinket aficionados, blending their love of horror, fantasy, sci-fi and everything in between to create detailed character makeups and unique collectible artwork. From hand sculpted prosthetics and custom figurines to small trinkets and crocheted friends, you will always find them crafting something. Come by their exhibit to see a live makeup demo, chat all things makeup, monsters and horror, and pick up a prosthetic or trinket (or two!)
Propshak
Propshak is a seasoned prop maker, sculptor, and FX artist, creating bespoke pieces for film, theatre, and live events. From mask making and SFX makeup to sculpture, prosthetic props, and full prop builds, every creation is crafted with precision, imagination, and cinematic detail. Come by their exhibit to see the artistry up close, chat all things FX, props, and creature design, and learn more about their 1:1 professional tuition. Their East Ayrshire studio offers propmaking and sculpture workshops for both children and adults.
Dreadnoise
By Sound Designer and Immersive Engineer Liam Booth – specialises in Composition, Sound Design and audio technology for immersive attractions. Entering its 6th year of running, it has supplied to many top attractions throughout Europe, including Screamfest Burton, FEAR at Avon Valley, and Traumatica at Europa Park.
Dreadnoise has the aim to create innovative tools that can improve the immersive quality of audio with ease.Â
